Matt Nance founded Responsive Insurance in January 2013. The agency has grown to over 2,500 active clients. While leading the vision and operations of the agency, Matt remains involved in client relationships and team development. Under his leadership, Responsive Insurance was recognized as a Big “I” Best Practices Agency in 2025, a testament to the teams commitment to excellence and personalized service.
Originally from Mount Vernon, Indiana, Matt moved to Naples in 2006 and began his insurance career at a local Allstate agency. He and his wife, Casey, have been married since 2009 and are proud parents of two daughters, now 18 and 14. Their family enjoys traveling together and exploring the beauty of God’s creation. They share their home with Millie, a playful Portipoo.
Matt is a member of BNI, where he values building connections and sharing referrals. He has served his community through roles on his HOA board and in capacities within his local congregation. Matt continues to enjoy being a business owner and growing alongside his team.
Judy Hentges
Judy joined our team in March 2019. She has a background as an Independent Insurance Adjuster. She is married to Dennis. Their family, 30 total, celebrated the 45th anniversary as a family in June 2025. They have 5 grown children, 11 grandbabies, a large extended family, and a small dog, Necco. They moved to Naples in 1981 then to North Florida in 1999. Judy and Dennis decided to return to the area in 2019 as 2 of their children and their families are in the area. Faith and family are the 2 most important things in Judy’s personal life.
Tia Wiley
Hello, my name Tia Wiley, and I am a personal lines insurance specialist in the sunny state of Florida. With over 22 years of experience, I pride myself on excellent customer service and providing a variety of property and casualty products and services that can help protect you and your assets. It is my goal to work closely with my clients and help them find coverage options based on their described needs.
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family and friends and my amazing church family. I enjoy giving back to my community and participating in outreach events that help those in need.
Sergio Battle

Sergio has been with us since June 2023. He has a 2-year-old boy named Stefan and a wife of 3 years. Sergio loves his family and would do anything for them. He was born in New Jersey but grew up here in Naples for the last 20 years. He served in the US Army for a short time and brings that experience and professionalism with him to our agency. He has two big dogs and loves exploring the outdoors with his family, longboarding, working out, and going to Orlando to visit the parks

Heather joined our team in January 2024. She has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and the Hospitality Industry. Heather grew up in Lee County but recently relocated to Naples. She has three sons in Elementary and Middle School. She is a Hobby Herbalist, enjoys cooking and baking, and loves spending time with family and adventuring with her boys.

Lintoya joined Responsive Insurance in October 2024. She is from Fort Myers, Florida born and raised. She has a work background of 11 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist and 6 years in Medical billing. Lintoya is eager to learn the Insurance industry so she can assist and help customers better understand their insurance coverage. She loves to dance and does Liturgical dance at her Church in Lehigh Acres, FL. She also loves spending time with her 3 children and family.
Jackie Lyn Mondez

Jackie is from Laguna, Philippines and been with us since April 2022. She has 10 years’ experience as a Customer Service, Supervisory and Virtual Assistant. She works remotely managing e-Signature for Collier and South State County. She also handles the preparation for Home and Flood Quotes for our clients. She’s always eager to make sure all clients will be provided with the proposal quotes requested. She loves watching Netflix Series during her free time with her family. She’s fond of taking pictures, singing, and traveling.
Jennalyn Orpilla
Jenn Orpilla is a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines and has been working with Responsive Insurance since April 2023. In her role, she handles quotes for home, auto, and flood insurance, providing back-office support to ensure everything runs smoothly. With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, she’s dedicated to helping deliver top-notch service and support to both the team and clients.
